Job Description : The Marketer will be responsible for promoting company’s real estate offerings, building relationships with clients, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies. This role involves both field and office-based activities to increase brand awareness and market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Sales Promotion: Develop and execute sales promotion activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including advertising campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with information on available properties and assisting them through the purchase process.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, brochures, and the company website.
  • Brand Representation: Represent at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the market.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education : Diploma (minimum) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
