Turmeric yana da fa’idodin kiwon lafiya da yawa, gami da ikon rage alamun cututtukan arthritis, Hukumar Abinci da Magunguna ta Saudiyya ta ce a ranar Lahadi.
Itacen mai suna Curcuma longa wanda aka fi sani da tumeric shima yana da kaddarorin antioxidant, in ji SFDA a cikin wata sanarwa da Kamfanin Dillancin Labarai na Saudiyya ya fitar.
An dade ana amfani da Turmeric a Asiya azaman magani da ƙari na abinci.
Wani sinadari mai launin rawaya da shukar turmeric ke samarwa, wanda aka fi sani da Curcumin, Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya ta amince da shi a matsayin kayan abinci.
SFDA, duk da haka, ta jaddada mahimmancin amfani da ganye tare da taka tsantsan kuma ta ba da shawarar tuntuɓar ƙwararrun kiwon lafiya kafin a sha.
“Yana da mahimmanci a lura cewa turmeric na iya yin hulɗa tare da masu rage jini kamar aspirin da wasu magungunan hawan jini,” in ji hukumar.
Yana ba da shawarar abincin yau da kullun turmeric foda na 0.5 zuwa 1 gram, zuwa kashi uku ƙananan allurai cinyewa tsakanin abinci.
SFDA ta kuma yi gargadi game da yin amfani da turmeric akai-akai na fiye da makonni shida, saboda yana iya haifar da gallbladder ko ciwon ciki.
Mata su guji amfani da shi yayin da suke da juna biyu saboda yana iya cutar da mahaifa mara kyau.
SFDA tana da cikakkiyar jeri akan layi na fa’idodi da cutarwar ganye daban-daban, tsirrai da samfuran kayan kwalliya.
