Geneva (ICRC) – As violence intensifies across the Middle East, the region sits on the precipice of a region-wide armed conflict. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) urgently reminds all parties of their obligations under international humanitarian law, in particular the need to protect civilians and civilian objects.
