Katsina State Governor and Chairman of the North West Governors’ Forum, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has congratulated the Kano State Governor, His Excellency Abba Kabir Yusuf, on his decision to join the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing the move as a major boost to political stability, unity and development in the North West.
