At least, three people were killed while twenty -eight others were rescued in two separate operations by police in Sabuwa Local Government Area of Katsina state.
The Commissioner of Police, Katsina State Command, Bello Shehu, has presented cheques amounting ten million, nine hundred and fifty-seven thousand, two hundred and ninety-two naira, seventy-two kobo (₦10,957,292.72k) to thirty-four (34) beneficiaries under the Group Life Assurance and the IGP’s Family Welfare Scheme for the next of kin of police personnel who lost their lives in active service to the nation under Katsina State Command.
