The Director, Army Public Relations, Major General Onyema Nwachukwu in a statement released said that the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt Gen Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja, is currently on a medical leave abroad where he is receiving treatment for a health related issue but denied that top military officers are jostling for his position.
