The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, says the deliberate efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu are gradually tackling brain drain and energising the growth of medical industrialisation in Nigeria.
As part of the Renewed Hope Initiative Economic Empowerment Programme, the wife of the Katsina State Governor, Hajia Zulaihat Dikko Radda has followed the example of her counterparts in the FCT and among Military and Police veterans by donating 200,000 Naira each to 250 persons with disabilities across the 34 Local Government Areas of the state.
In continuation of the 70‑Year Celebration of Women in Policing, Katsina Command conducted two key activities: a visit to Women Teachers College, Katsina, for a career talk encouraging female students to join the police, and a 5 km awareness walk on Gender‑Based Violence (GBV) to sensitise the community.
