ASUU President Emmanuel Osodeke, during an appearance on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily program on Thursday, criticized the Federal Government’s student loan initiative, arguing that beneficiaries often struggle to repay the loans in other countries where student loan operates.
A public accountability platform, Tracka, tracked that Kebbi state government budgeted N100million to empower less privileged but according to Tracka, projects tracked showed that only sixty persons were empowered with sewing machines and grinding machines from the N100million allocation for Kebbi South senatorial district.
