Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has congratulated former Nigerian Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (rtd), on the occasion of his 91st birthday anniversary.
The Katsina State Executive Council, under the leadership of Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has approved a fresh set of strategic projects and policies aimed at empowering women, expanding access to clean water, modernizing markets, supporting displaced persons, and strengthening the State’s agricultural and housing infrastructure.
