A non-governmental organization based in Katsina, Naka Sai Naka Community Development, in collaboration with Muryar Talaka Awareness Innovative has organised a lecture and merit award presentation in commoration of it’s ten years anniversary celebration.
The event held at the Auditorium Hall of KTTV Katsina was attended by members of the group and other stakeholders of the organization.
Speaking, the Chairman of Naka Sai Naka, Comrade Sani Namadi, said the association was established ten years ago with the aim of assisting the vulnerable members of the society.
At the event the state chairman Coalition of Civil Society Organization Dr. Abdulrahman Abdullahi Dutsinma presented a paper titled “Importance of Community Development Association”, urging participants to support such associations for more development.
In his remarks, the Kanwan Katsina District Head of Ketare Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara, represented by Galadiman Kankara, Professor Suleiman Sani Kankara, appreciated the foresight of the leaders of the association in assisting the less privileged in the society.
Speaking on behalf of the awardees, the General Manager Radio Nigeria Companion FM Katsina, Engineer Muktar Abubakar Dutsinma thanked the organizer for the award given to them. According to him, this will boost their morale in community development programs in the society.
