Corps Members of the Anti – Corruption Community Development Service CDS have embarked on a Sensitization program as part of the CDS move to create awareness on the menace of corruption in our society
The President of the group Saleh LAWAL AMINU KT/23C/1319 disclosed that the Sensitization Involved road – walk from the Local government Secretariat of Batagarawa to the Market Square where members of the public were sensitized on the need to shun corruption
Flagging off the programme on Thursday 19th September, 2024 the NYSC Katsina State Coordinator Alhaji Ibrahim SAIDU tells the Corps Members to show good examples in their conduct in the discharge of their duties in their various places of primary Assignments
The Coordinator who was represented by the Local Government Inspector Alhaji Isa Tanko, said that Corps Members must preach rightly and practise what they preach
He urged residents of the area to listen to the Corps Members and put into practice the tenents of Anti – Corruption anywhere they find themselves
In attendance were the ICPC Commissioner ‘s Representative Mr Sani Abbas, NYSC Officials, Corps Members and host of others.
