The Katsina state NYSC Coordinator, Alhaji Ibrahim Saidu has led the Corps Staff in the state to attend an anti corruption lecture .
The lecture titled “Guide For Staff Education / Enlightenment Exercise On Corruption Prevention” was presented by the NYSC, NDHQ Anti – Corruption and Transparency Unit on Sunday 15th September, 2024 in Katsina State.
The lecture which took place at the NYSC Camp Multipurpose Hall was attended by almost all the NYSC Staff in the Secretariat with the State Coordinator NYSC Katsina State Alhaji SAIDU presiding.
Delivering the lecture on behalf of the DD Anti corruption Unit NDHQ Abuja , the Head of SERVICOM Alhaji Sumaila Suleiman said that the NYSC Staffers Should shun Corruption in all its ramifications in the discharge of their duties as they have the Almighty God whom they will give account to
Mallam Sumaila postulated that corruption is of different types and could take different dimension
He called on all public servants to try all they could to avoid being corrupt or practice corruption in their work place
According to the NYSC Katsina spokesman, Alex Oboaemeta, attendees at the lecture included, All Assistant Directors, Zonal Inspectors and Local government Inspectors as well as other categories of NYSC Staffers.
