Katsina State Office of the Special Assistant to the state Governor on Student Matters has organized a One Day Student Leadership Summit.
The Summit was held at the Auditorium of Katsina State Institute of Technology and Management and was attended by students of various tertiary institutions in the state.
In a remark, the State Commissioner of Basic and Secondary Education Alhaji Isah Muhammad Kankara, represented by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Hajiya Ummulkhairi Bawa described the summit as a welcome development towards boosting morals of teaming youths in the state.
In a welcome address the Special Assistant on Student Matters, Alhaji Muhammad Nuhu Nagaske said during the summit the participants will learn both academic and practical knowledge.
At the Summit, Engr. Dr. Muttaqa Rabe Darma, Dr. Mustapha Shehu and Dr. Bashir Isah Waziri, presented papers on Integration of Both Skills and Certificates for Comprehensive Youth Development.
