Government has no special candidate for recruitment as commitment to reposition education sector – Commissioner

Katsina state government has reiterated its commitment towards repositioning Basic, Secondary and Tertiary education in the state.

The commissioner for higher technical and vocational education Alh Isah Muhammad Musa disclosed this while monitoring the conduct of recruitment interviews at katsina institute of technology and management katsina.

Alh Isah Musa maintained that the state government mandates the ministry to ensure smooth conduct of the recruitment process for development of tertiary education in the state.

The commissioner who expressed appreciation for the caliber of panelists expressed confidence the institute would employ best crop manpower capable of taking it to greater heights.

He revealed that the present administration has no prepared preffered candidates, hence the need for the panelists to work with fairness and justice through out the process.

The commissioner reminded the people of the state that the institute has advertised, conducted aptitude test and called for interviews to give candidates equal treatment for the hitch-free recruitment process.

Responding, the chairman of the panel, Professor Mukhtar Alqasim, assured judicious, fair and objective conduct of the recruitment process to select best manpower for the betterment of the institution.
