The Executive Director, Katsina State Library Board, Shafii Abdu Bugaje and all the staff, has heartily congratulated the Governor of Katsina State, Dr. Dikko Umaru Radda on his 55th birthday, wishing him more years to serve and take Katsina to greater heights.
He said the governor is a leader per excellence who will be able to bring Katsina out of all its challenges and bring development faster than expected.
He eulogize the governor as an intelligent public officer who had displayed acumen in all the offices he occupied before becoming the governor.
He prayed for strength, courage and wisdom for the governor to achieve all his good desires for Katsina State.
