The Member Representing Katsina Local Government in the State House of Assembly, Alhaji Ali Abubakar Albaba has urged Associations in the state to copy from Lajnatul Hisba Association in promoting health services in the state.
Alhaji Ali Abubakar Albaba gave the advise during a medical outreach and free medical services and medicine distribution to orphans and widow as well as less privileges held at Kanada Juma’at Mosque in Katsina metropolis.
According to Alhaji Ali Albaba, emulating, Lajnatul HISBA will extend the gesture to more less privileges among the society.
He urged beneficiaries to utilize the gesture properly and pray to Almighty God to continue blessing the association’s member.
In his remark the Special Assistant to the state governor on Public Enlightenment, Alhaji Sabo Musa expressed gratitude over the gesture, saying only Almighty God will reward the members of the association.
Also speaking shortly after supervising the excesses, the state Chairman Jama’atul Izalatul Bid’a Waikamatus Sunnah JIBWIS Sheikh Dr. Yakubu Musa Hassan advised the organizers to extend the gesture to other parts of the state.
Earlier, the Commander Lijnatul Hisba Association Katsina State Command Malam Buniyaminu Muhammad Balarabe said the members of the Association contributed to the gesture.
Other spoke at the event includes In charge of Health Committee of the Association, Dr. Abdullahi Muhammad Zango and Representative of the Divisional Police Officer of Sabon Gari Division, Abubakar Isah among others.
In an interview with some of the beneficiaries, they expressed appreciation over the gesture and thanked the association for the assistance.
