NYSC 2024 Bacth ‘B’ Sream II Swearing in Ceremony

Governor Malam Dikko Umar Radda of Katsina State, has urged Corp Members deployed to the state to feel at home while serving in the state.

The Governor stated this during the Swearing in Ceremony of 2024 Batch ‘B’ Sream II held at the NYSC Orientation Camp Mani Road Katsina.

The Governor who was represented by the State Head of Civil Service, Alhaji Falalu Bawale, reminded the Corp Members that, Katsina State people are NYSC friendly, and assured them a conducive atmosphere throughout their service year.

He urged them to pay attention during orientation program considering it as important segment of the service year as it provides the platform for the physical, and psychological reconditioning being expected.

Earlier the state NYSC Coordinator, Alhaji Ibrahim Sa’idu said the NYSC has four cardinal Programs, which includes Orientation, Primary Assignment, Community Development Service and winding up as well as pass out exercise.  

Alhaji Ibrahim Sa’idu expressed appreciation over the support,  they are receiving from the state government and urged for more.

During the Orientation Ceremony the Chief Judge of Katsina state Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar swears in the 1176 registered Corps Members.

Those who witnessed the occasion includes, Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Alhaji Aliyu Lawal Zakari, Brig Gen Mahararu Sama’ila Tsiga Rt and representative of Security agencies among others.

`Highpoint of the event included March past, thug of War and Traditional Dance by the Corps Members.
