Katsina State Youth Participation in Progressive Development Initiative, in partnership with the State Fisca Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room have organized Public Presentation of the 2024 Mid-Year Analytical Report of this year’s Budget implementation in the state.
The Presentation held in Katsina was attended by the thirty four local government Areas Tracker Officers of the association, government officials, and representative of civil society organisations.
In his welcome remarks, the Executive Director, Youth Participation in Progressive Development Initiative, Dr. Kamaluddeen Kabir stated that the initiative was to find out what community need from government.
According to Dr. Kamaluddeen Kabir, the Trackers Officers of the Initiative will greatly assist to find the project execution in their respective local government areas and make it easy for them to report back to the initiative.
Earlier, the Progam Officer of the Youth Participation in Progressive Development Initiative, Yahaya Sa’idu Lugga, urged the participant to pay attention and contribute during the presentation.
Yahaya Sa’idu Lugga expressed confidence that, the knowledge gathered by the participants attending the presentation would be effectively used toward the development of the state.
During the presentation, a consultant, Dr. Muhammad Lawal ‘Danrimi presented Paper titled 2024 Mid-Year Budget Performance Report for Capital Project in Katsina State.
At the Program participant contributed on the various projects execution in their respective local government areas.
