Alhaji SAIDU IBRAHIM has taken over as the new Coordinator of NYSC Katsina State.
He takes over from Hajiya Aisha Muhammad who has exited the Service on attaining the Civil Service mandatory age of of 60 years on Friday 16th August, 2024
During a brief handover ceremony on Friday, the new Coordinator appealed for more support and synergy among staff to achieve the scheme’s mandate in the state.
Alhaji SAIDU promised to run an open door policy, assuring that he will prioritize the welfare of Staff and Corps Members in the state.
He described Katsina State as his second home being that he had part of his Secondary Education in Katsina. He thanked the staff for the warm reception accorded him.
Earlier, the outgoing Coordinator, Hajiya Aisha had thanked the Katsina State government for its support which resulted in most of the achievements recorded during her tenure.
Aisha described the new Coordinator as an experienced officer and called on all stakeholders, staff and Corps Members to give him the required support and cooperation to succeed in the tasks ahead.
Highlights of the ceremony included signing of handing-over documents.
