The Katsina state HISBA Board has banned carrying more than one female Passenger on Motorcycle operating in the state.
This is contained in a statement signed by the HISBA Board Office of the Commander General on 25-06-2024 and made available to newsmen in Katsina.
Also carrying of male and female on the same bike is prohibited.
The statement also ban wearing short trouser by Okada Rider as well as Bobby Brown Barbing.
The HISBA Board also advised them to be presentable and decent while conducting their businesses.
The statement added that the Board has ban all immoral activities in the state such as prostitution, and all forms of gambling across the state.
