The arrest took place during a routine stop-and-search operation by Nigeria Security Forces.
During the course of interrogation, the suspect confesses that she was heading to Yan Tumaki in Dan Musa LGA in Katsina state. Her name is Aisha Abubakar.
According to the trending video on social media the suspect initially denied involvement but later confessed to be transporting the ammunition to terrorist groups.
The ammunition was well arranged in her luggage until she unpacked it by the direction of the officers who arrested her.
Nigeria Security Forces had been carrying out routine stop-and-search operation aimed at curbing the increasing activities of armed insurgents in the state.
