The Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Katsina State Wing, on behalf of all school principals, headmasters and teachers in the state, rises in celebration of His Excellency, Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, the amiable Governor – Elect of Katsina State, and his Deputy Governor – Elect, Hon. Faruk Lawal Jobe, on their victory in 2023 Governorship Election.
Indeed, their victory is a call to higher positions in the service of our state and celebration of their character, expertise, experience, brilliance and humanitarian disposition.
We profoundly rejoice with the government and the good people Katsina State for great privilege and honour given to these holders of professional teachers’ qualifications among others to pilot our dear state to higher pedestal.
Their landslide victory at the poll attests to their quintessential leadership qualities, vision and commitment.
We have no doubt that the quest of the incumbent government of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari, to sustain quality education in our dear state will receive a pride of place under the incoming administration.
Equally, we at the NUT have no doubt that as professional teachers and experts in different walks of life, they are the best set to revolutionize katsina State to a greater level.
We pray that the Almighty Allah (SWT) showers them with wisdom, long life and good health to contribute more to the development of the educational sector and the entire state in general.
